BankIslami signs MoU with Premier Systems

KARACHI (PR): BankIslami Pakistan has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Premier Systems (Pvt) Ltd, Audi’s general importer in Pakistan (Audi Pakistan); Pakistan’s No. 1 luxury premium automobile brand.

Under the MoU, BankIslami will provide tailor-made financing packages to Audi customers across the country through its flagship product of Islami Auto Ijarah. This agreement will enable both Audi Pakistan and BankIslami Pakistan to leverage on the inherent strengths of each other’s vast network.

MoU was signed by Muhammad Yasin Khan, Chief Financial Officer, Premier Systems, and Yasser Abbas, Section Head Auto Ijarah, BankIslami.

Muhammad Yasin Khan said: “It is a moment of great pride for Audi Pakistan to be associated with a Bank of the stature & heritage. This MoU is part of a strategy Audi Pakistan is implementing to offer tailor-made financing solutions for its customers through BankIslami.”


Emaar signs agreement with Paragon Construction

KARACHI (PR): Emaar Pakistan has awarded the contract for the construction of basements of five Pearl and Reef Towers in Crescent Bay, its master-planned community in Karachi, to Paragon Construction Pvt. Ltd.

Huawei conducts events

LAHORE (PR): Huawei conducted training sessions and special training events for bloggers and retailers in Karachi, Islamabad and Lahore. The purpose of the training sessions was to provide the best product knowledge through first hand information provided by the officials of technology giant by themselves in meeting up with the participants.  Huawei officials, especially Waqar Nazir (National Training Manager) and Mr Johnny (Retail Manager) highlighted the specs and unmatched features of newly launched, flagship smart phone Huawei P9.

Participants were also involved in the session through a question answer phase in which the participants openly asked the questions about the special features of Huawei P9 and the technological innovations Huawei has incorporated in its new flagship device. Participants admired Huawei P9 as the best compact flagship smartphone device with perfect camera features.


Asia Insurance Company awarded gold medal

LAHORE (PR): Asia Insurance Company Limited was awarded gold medal for its “excellence insurance services” by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) during the 4th Achievement Awards ceremony. ISLAMABAD (PR): GN Foods has launched American brand ‘O’ My Buns!’ in Pakistan. The mayor of Islamabad Sheikh Ansar Aziz, Chairman GN Foods Dr Naeem Niazi and CEO Salman Niazi inaugurated the franchise. Celebrities, models and socialites also attended the event.



Telenor Velocity’s first-ever industry meet

ISLAMABAD (PR): In continuation of its efforts to enrich entrepreneurial ecosystem in the country, Telenor Pakistan hosted ‘Meet & Greet’ event for its startup accelerator program Telenor Velocity.

The event brought together aspiring startups, industry influencers, bloggers, and business network mobilizers from across the country to explore and propel entrepreneurial endeavors in Pakistan. The event also featured startups of the first Velocity batch sharing their success stories and insights into the Pakistani digital marketplace.
