SHEIKHUPURA- Minister for Defence Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has said that the journey to progress and prosperity will continue.

Talking to newsmen here on Monday, he said under the leadership of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, the government is committed to the welfare and prosperity of the country.

He said that politicians fond of sit-ins would never succeed in creating hurdles in the way of development of the country. The minister said overall law and order situation in the country has improved.  To a question about Panama Papers, he said the prime minister has written a letter to the Chief Justice of Pakistan for formation of a commission on the issue. Rana Tanveer added that the prime minister has presented himself for accountability.

“The government has framed comprehensive Terms of Reference (ToRs) for commission on Panama Papers,” he claimed, adding that the ball is now in the court of the Opposition parties.
