Two booked for abduction attempt

OKARA - Two youth were booked for their alleged attempt to abduct a Class-VI girl student of District Public School (DPS) here the other day.
The accused entered the DPS posing to be brothers if the girl. The security guard took one boy, Danish Aleem, to the school principal. The principal confirmed from the girl’s parents on phone whether they had sent somebody to pick their girl from school. The parents refused. On the principal’s orders, the security guard caught the boy and handed him over to the Okara Saddr Police. His accomplice succeeded to flee away. Police are conducting raids for arrest of the fleeing accused.
Corrupt rulers damage economy
Jamaat-e-Islami Majlise Shura member Dr Liaqat Ali Kausar said that corrupt rulers have brought an unbearable loss to the national economy. Talking to media here, he said Sharif brothers have been exposed before the masses.

The Sharif family now gets no place to conceal their corruption, he added. People of Pakistan would reject corrupt politicians in the next general polls.
