Some days back, I went to the Sindh Secretariat to have some documents attested from the Ministry of Education. The trip was shocking. As soon as I entered the premise, I was stopped by two police guards who said they could get the task done on my behalf provided if bribed. When I refused and vowed to do it through proper channel, they got angry. Once inside the building, I faced five 'agents' who were asking for the same thing.
