AZAD Kashmir Minister for Industries Chaudhry Rukhsar has been declared disqualified after his matriculation certificate found fake, reported a private TV channel. Rukhsar was elected the legislative assembly member of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from Khari Sharif constituency of Mirpur on Muslim Conference ticket. Opposition candidate Chaudhry Arshad filed an application in the Election Commission challenging the academic qualifications of Chaudhry Rukhsar. District and Sessions judge of Rawlakot declared him disqualified due to fake educational documents. The court also ordered the Election Commission to hold by-election over the vacant seat within 90 days.
