AJK ex-PM to cross LoC on Nov 24

MUZAFFARBAD - Former AJK prime minister and Head of Muslim Conference Sardar Attique Ahmed Khan has announced to cross the Line of Control (LOC) at three places to express solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Kashmir next month.

“We will cross the LoC from the three areas of AJK on November 24 simultaneously and peacefully under the flag of AJK,” he announced this at a press conference here on Sunday.

Attique Ahmed Khan said that five committees had been constituted for the programme which will make contact with all political and religious parties, civil society and common people to cross the LOC from Muzaffarabad, Mirpur and Poonch divisions of the state.

He rejected the Indian claim of surgical strikes, saying New Delhi is trying to deflect world attention from Kashmir situation.
