Pakistan women cricket team for last few months has been facing management crisis since ICC Word Cup 2017. The team was lacking proper planning evident in the skipper losing back to back matches. Finally PCB realised the loss and appointed Bismah Mahroof as captain. 

Pakistan Cricket Board is right in appointing a new captain for the come back.
