It is reported that regular employees seeking administrative justice are being insulted by the retired Babas in a few organisations both at federal and provincial level. Regular employees face hardships because they are deprived of Employees Service Rules, which means that there is no promotion or pension for them. 

These ill-fated people have operated, more or less, all channels but there is no one in this country to hear their grievances. How will they escape the terrors inflicted upon them by retired and reemployed individuals?
