ISLAMABAD - Speaker National Assembly Dr Fehmida Mirza will leave for Japan on a five-day visit on April 19 along with nine-member Parliamentary delegation. Dr Fehmida Mirza will visit Japan on a special invitation of Speaker of House of Representative, JapanTakahiro Yokomichi. Dr Fehmida Mirza will also hold important meetings with her Japanese counterpart, President of House of Counsellors, Japanese Foreign Minister, President and other leadership of the Japan. She will go to Hiroshima, Kyoto and Kobe. The objectives of the visit are to enhance bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Japan in parliamentary, cultural, socio economic, trade, health and education sectors.
