KARACHI - The Special Investigation Unit (SIU) of the Sindh Police arrested two accused involved in target killings and arson attacks after encounters in the limits of Mominabad and SITE police stations.
The police recovered two repeaters, two pistols and a large quantity of bullets from the possession of the accused, according to a handout issued on Monday. They are identifed as Saeed Ahmed alies Bharam, and Amir Zaib alies Bhawani. Separately, the SIU police party arrested an accused Kamran s/o Muhammad Subhan from Baldia Town and recovered a TT pistol and bullets from his possession.
These accused were wanted by Pirabad, SITE, Orangi Town and other police stations in several cases of target killings, murder attempt and arson cases.
The cases have been registered against the accused and started investigations.
