68 suspects arrested in Quetta search operation

The police took into custody 68 suspects during search operation in different areas of Quetta and recovered arms and ammunition from their possession. According to police, search operation was commended in different of areas of provincial capital Quetta, in connection with the murder of three police personnel at Shahbaz Town Check-Post on Wednesday night. It should be mentioned that unidentified armed assailants gunned down three police cops identified as Sher Ali, Murad Ali and Muhammad Nadeem while they were busy in checking vehicles and suspected persons and fled from the scene. Chief Minister Balochsitan Nawab Aslam Raisani had taken strict notice of the shooting of law enforcement personnel and directed to nab the culprits. The police launched search operation in Kaley Kabir and adjoining areas after the incident, nabbed 28 culprits and recovered arms and hand grenades from their possession. Meanwhile, 40 suspects were arrested during law enforcement agencies search operation in New Kahan area of Quetta. The police was interrogating the detained suspects.
