This refers to Afrasyab Khattack’s article under the caption ‘Sidling FATA’ (1st August) in the Nation. His narrative about the woes and problems of the FATA (Federally Administered Tribal Area) is true and factual. None can disagree with him. But could I ask the learned writer as to what they did for the alleviation and reduction of those problems in their five-year long tenure of ruling Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while they had a good working relationship with the federal government of the time? Hopefully, the learned writer would guide us in this connection.
