LAHORE Three more matches were decided on the seventh day of the 2nd National Tray Mens Hockey Championship at Sialkot Hockey Stadium Sialkot on Thursday. PTV, Punjab and Pakistan Steel Mills won their respective matches. In the first match PTV beat Balochistan by 3-1. At half time the score was 2-0. Rizwanul Hassan, Ejaz Ahmad and Waqas Aslam of PTV scored one goal each in 17th, 26th and 68th minutes respectively. The only goal from Balochistan was scored by Wasif Siddique in 58th minute on penalty corner. In the second match Punjab beat AJ&K by 3-1. At half time the score was 1-0. Najan Javed on Punjab scored two goals in 20th and 54th minutes, while Fazal Abbas scored one goal in 56th minute. The only goal from AJ&K was scored by Waqas Butt in 46th minute on penalty corner. In the third match Pakistan Steel Mills outplayed Police by 2-1. At the end of the first half the score was 0-0. Both goals from Pakistan Steel Mills was scored by Liaqat Ali in 50th and 53rd minutes on penalty corner. The only goal from Police was scored by Atif Baig in 45th minute.
