RAWALPINDI - The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Number 1 Saturday recorded partial statements of four witnesses in the assassination case of PPP Chairperson Benazir Bhutto. The court also reserved the verdict on the bail plea of Rashid Ahmed, one of the seven accused being tried in BB murder case. The court adjourned till December 17 the hearing of the case. ATC No 1 Judge Shahid Raffique, during the trial at Adyala Jail, noted down the partial statements of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Deputy Director Nauman Ashraf Bodla, Police Station City Sub-Inspector (SI) Asghar Ali and two mobile companies representatives Asif and Jamal Toro in BB murder case. While hearing the bail plea filed by accused Rashid Ahmed, the court reserved its verdict.
