OUR STAFF REPORTER SADIQABAD - A constable died on duty as he suffered a fatal heart. Having been offered a funeral prayers in the Police Lines Rahim Yar Khan, the dead body was sent to the cops native city Faisalabad. Constable Muhammad Rafiq, who was deployed at Bakhshi Khana or judicial lock-up, suffered a heart attack and collapsed when he was on his way to the Police Lines. He was moved to Sheikh Zayed Hospital but he could not survive the fatal attack. Later, the funeral prayers was offered at the Police Lines Ground. It was attended by Superintendent of Police (Investigation) Sheraz Nazir Khan, Assistant Superintendent of Police Shabbir Ahmad and City Circle DSP Ashfaq Ahmad Gujjar besides a large number of other police officials.
