LAHORE A Lahore High Court subordinate judiciary service tribunal has restored a woman civil judge terminated for not submitting her assets details by deadline set by the Court. Saira Naureen along with two other civil judges was terminated by LHC Administration Committee had in 2006. Ms. Naureen filed an appeal against the decision of committee and submitted that the other terminated civil judges had been restored by the tribunal. Therefore, she pleaded, under the law consistency she also deserved for reinstatement. The tribunal comprising of Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah and Justice Sheikh Ahmad Farooq, accepted her appeal and reinstated her to service.
