The Accountability Court rejects Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan's plea to dismiss terror charges against him today.

As the hearing resumes the lawyer of Imran Khan, Babar Awan, requested the court to dismiss charges against his client and refer the cases to lower courts.

Awan argued that protest is every one's right and use of sticks and clubs do not come under terror act rather it is a domestic issue.

The state prosecutor, however, argued that there are solid evidence against PTI chairman that he instigated his workers to attack on state television building.

The court earlier reserved the verdict and then rejected Imran Khan' s application and ordered him to appear before court on hearing on December 19.

The court also extended Imran Khan's bail till next hearing.
