– A 50-year-old woman was crushed to death by a rashly driven car here at Jail Road on Friday, police said.  Resident of Okara, Khurshid Bibi, was crossing the road when a recklessly driven car ran over her, resulting in her on-the-spot death. The road mishap created worst traffic mess on the busy artery during the rush-hours. The police arrested the car-driver, later identified as Muhammad Faizan.
