LAHORE - University of Engineering and Technology (UET) defeated Mobilink by 27 runs in the Shapes Cricket League here at UET cricket ground.
Batting first, UET scored 216 runs in 29.3 overs. Sajjad  made 61 runs, Tahir 50 and M Azwin made unbeaten 28. Ijaz Malik bagged four wickets for 33, Jawad Tayab 2-35 and Abdul Samad 2-37.  Mobilink could score 189 runs. Ijaz Malik made 64, Jawad Tayab 30, Salman Dar 22.
 Akbar Baig took 4-17 and Ali Shan 3-30. Ijaz Malik of Mobilink was declared man of the match.
