Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that every institution of the country has its own workings and jurisdiction defined by the Constitution, reports a private TV channel. "The law-making is the responsibility of the Parliament while its explanation comes in the ambit of the judiciary, CJ said while addressing a ceremony after inaugurating Judicial Complex building in Sehwan here Saturday. The CJ said that any such law could be challenged in the courts that was considered against the basic rights of the citizens guaranteed by the Constitution of the country.
