MULTAN - In order to generate funds to support Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) from North Waziristan, national cricket team will play a one day match at Multan Cricket Stadium on July 21. This was disclosed by District Coordination Officer (DCO) Zahid Saleem Gondal while talking to the journalists here on Thursday.
The DCO further disclosed that entire income generated from the match would be spent for the welfare of IDPs. He said that the match would not only offer a good recreation opportunity to the residents of Multan but also get them an opportunity to support their brothers and sisters in need.
He declared that IDPs were our brothers and nation would not leave them alone at this difficult time.
