What is an airline if it is not punctual? Of course, other things also matter like staff behaviour, food and comfort but if a passenger cannot rely on the airline they are traveling by to keep an appointment, then everything else becomes meaningless. PIA deserves to be commended as they are punctual. It must have taken PIA a lot to achieve this. Why couldn’t PIA have done this earlier? Why there were so many delays and passengers had to swelter in the close planes? It seems PIA now understands the value of punctuality.
