JUI-F slams suspension of 3G service in Fata

LANDIKOTAL - The General Secretary of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), Fata Mufti Ejaz Shinwari has said that suspending 3-G service in Khyber Agency is a violation of constitutional rights to access information.

Talking to reporters here on Sunday, he said ban on 3-G service was a violation as law and order situation in Khyber Agency was better than Karachi and Balochistan. He said people from all walks of life including businessmen, students and even scholars had been deprived of access to information and sharing views about current issues being raised around the globe.

He accused that it was a drama with the tribal people as they were connected with their families and relatives living abroad. Ejaz condemned ban over 3-G net service and said it was the lone source of raising voice of people who had been deprived of their constitutional rights.

Mufti Ejaz threatened that if the 3-G service was not restored within one week they would launch a protest drive in all tribal agencies.
