ISLAMABAD - A crucial meeting of formation and corps commanders of Pakistan Army has decided to launch military operation in North Waziristan.

Informed sources told that the meeting was briefed that government had already authorized military action when the top brass met PM Nawaz Sharif on Tuesday afternoon. During the formation and corps commanders meeting today, it was decided that the military operation would be initiated only against Mulla Fazlullah, Mehsud Tribe, Hafiz Gul Bahadur Group, and foreign militants. According to sources, speaking on this occasion, Gen Raheel Sharif said sacrifices rendered by our martyrs would not go in vain.
