In yet another incident of target killing the son of Ahl-e-sunnat Chief Maulana Ghafoor has been shot dead in Nazimabad while Maulana Ghafoor himself is in critical condition. According to reports, Maulana Ghafoor was on his way to the court on Thursday morning when two pillion riders approached his car and opened indiscriminate fire on him. Maulana was near A.O. clinic in Nazimabad when his car came into attack. As the result of the attack Maulana Ghafoor's son was killed while Maulana himself is in critical condition at the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Two other people have also been injured Maulana Ghafoor has been affiliated with the banned sectarian organization Sipah-e-Sahaba. Law enforcers soon arrived at the spot and cordoned off the area.
