MIRPUR (AJK) (APP) - Trade worth Rs 47.4 million was conducted on trans-LoC Rawalakot-Poonch route till late Tuesday with pulses once again dominating the supply from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said. The sources told APP here on wednesday, 25 trucks carrying pulses in bulk besides almonds of worth Rs 34.9 million left for occupied Poonch from Rawalakot Tuesday afternoon. From occupied Poonch, an equal number of 23 trucks reached Rawlakot and other parts of AJK carrying bananas, brown cardamom, red chilly, coconut, kernil, dry coriander and pineapple. The goods were of Rs 12.5 million. The Trade Facilitation Officials (TFO) from occupied Poonch and Hajeera, Rawlakot were present at Chakan-Da-Bagh-Tatrinote entry-point during cross-LoC movement of the trucks, the sources added.
