The Election Commission of Pakistan on Saturday has conceded that it has failed in conducting free and fair election in Karachi, home to at least 20 million people and commercial hub of the country.
According to a statement came after some political parties decided to boycott the historic elections due to rigging allegations. The election will mark democratic transition of power in the country.
