LAHORE Pakistan tennis star Aisamul Haq is likely to miss the Asian Games due to the events clash with year-ending ATP events crucial to his ranking. Aisams spokesman said that both Pakistan Olympic Association President Lt. Gen. (R) Arif Hassan and Pakistan Tennis Federation President Senator Dilawar Abbas have been on board on this subject. Aisam has been competing for the top eight team positions of ATP and if he achieves it, he would be the first Pakistani to break into the top eight of professional tennis. However, it was agreed that his entry for Asian Games would also be made so that necessary formalities regarding accreditation are carried out timely.
