ISLAMABAD- Though the banned religious outfits in the federal capital could not openly collect hides of sacrificial animals during the three days of Eidul Azha, yet they carried out their activities in a secret manner despite the Interior Ministrys strict restrictions, a top official of ICT Administration confirmed to TheNation on Thursday. The Federal Interior Ministry before Eid had issued a new list of 31 proscribed outfits with the directives to the provinces including Islamabad Capital Territory Administration (ICTA) that those would not be allowed to collect hides on the eve of Eid to run their or in the name of public welfare. The ministry in its fresh list had also named some organizations along with their sister organizations with the directives that these would not be allowed such activities with other names.
