Balochistan doctors’ strike enters 25th day

QUETTA - The doctors in Balochistan continued their strike on the 25th day on Saturday in all major hospitals against non-recovery of Dr Saeed Khan, an eye specialist, who was kidnapped on October 16.
All the general operation theatres, outdoor patient departments (OPDs) and clinics remained completely closed, but emergency service remained open. The striking doctors demanded immediate recovery of their colleague. They said their strike would continue till the safe recovery of their colleague.
The patients continued to experience severe difficulties in getting medical assistance. The patients and their relatives complained that they were facing severe problems.
