KARACHI- The last remaining important witness in Arshad Pappu case has been assassinated late on Monday in a grenade attack on police mobile van in the metropolis area of MA Jinnah Road.

According to police sources, the hand grenade attack carried out late Monday on a police mobile near Tibet Center, MA Jinnah Road, was to targetMubeen a policeman.

Mubeen was one of the key witnesses in ArsshadPappu case and had been receiving threat calls for some time now, after which he gotwas transferred to Preedy police station from Chakiwara.

It should be mentioned here that two other policemen were killed and a cop sustained wounds in the attack.
