Chairman Senate proposes to convene in camera session on NAP and IP

Islamabad: Chairman Senate Raza Rabbani has given proposal to government at the end of the session to convene an in-camera session, on international policy (IP) and National Action Plan (NAP).
The Chairman Senate said that I can only suggest and advise the government, while sitting on the slot of Chairman and cannot issue the order.
“I want that a joint session be convened to explicit the policy on international affairs and to debate on the current situation of NAP,” he added.
The leader of the house in Senate Raja Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq and advisor to PM on foreign affairs Sirtaj Aziz, has endorsed the proposal presented by Chairman Senate.
