LAHORE - Seventy 70 international and domestic flights were suspended due to dense smog, here Friday.

The visibility limit was recorded 500metre. Hundreds of passengers were stranded at the Allama Iqbal International Airport. According to the PIA spokesman, most passengers had been accommodated in various hotels. The authorities concerned have recommended the passengers to inquire about their flight schedule before leaving their homes for the airport.
