The sudden upswing in the Smog once again is threatening to choke Lahore and other cities of Punjab and causing difficulties in breathing for citizens.

Smog has increased in Lahore, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rajanpur, Khanewala, Jehanian, Vehari, Burewala and Mailsi including other cities of Punjab and citizens are facing difficulties in travelling and in their movement outside their homes due to fog in the air.

In addition to breathing problem citizens are also feeling irritation in the eye while traffic flow also stands disrupted. According to Meteorological Department, visibility was recorded 800meter in Lahore and smog is feared to increase in upcoming days.

Meteorological Department has said that there’s 80% Smog and 20% Fog in Air of Lahore and minimum 13dgrees and the maximum 19dgrees temperature is expected in Lahore while Weather will mainly remain dry for the next 24hours.
