LAHORE - Four people including an Intermediate student and a girl were killed in separate incidents in the city on Friday. Reportedly, Sattokatla police found body of a 20-year-old girl with nine bullet wounds on different parts of her body. She was lying dead along side an open drain near Samsani village. She was identified as Mah Noor through some documents and a mobile phone, ATM card and cash recovered from her handbag. Quoting a watchman of the area, police said some unidentified people came on a black colour Honda car and threw her body along side the open drain and had escaped from the site. The watchman, however, expressed his ignorance about the identity of the car riders and also informed the police that he could not see the registration number of the vehicle. Police said apparently the victim girl was seemed to be a call girl and the unidentified people hired her services on her will. They later gang raped her and on resistance shot her dead. About nine bullet injuries, the police said perhaps the assailants had a grudge against her over unknown reasons. Police further told that efforts were underway to trace the heirs of the deceased girl. A case has been registered against the unknown killers and body was shifted to the city morgue for autopsy. In another incident took place in the area of Gujjar Pura police, two armed men shot at and killed a 14-year-old boy and injured his elder brother over a minor issue. The deceased was identified as Muhammad Kashif while injured as Asif, 16, residents of Sher Shah Road. Both were labourers by profession. On Friday, both challenged two youngsters Liaqat Gujjar and Jara for teasing a girl of the same area. Police said Liaqat and his accomplice came on a motorcycle and started teasing a girl. Kashif who was also present there stepped forward in the support of the girl when she raised alarm for help. Liaqat and his accomplice Jara exchanged hot words with Kashif and later opened fire on him. They also attacked Kashif's elder brother Asif and shot injured him when the later also reached the site and tried to overpower the accused. The assailants later managed to escape from the spot. Both the brothers were taken to a local hospital where Kashif succumbed to his injuries while condition of the other was reported to be critical. A case was registered against the alleged killers and body was shifted to the City morgue for autopsy. In Hanjarwal area, a 32-year-old man was shot dead by his stepbrothers over property dispute on Friday. Police said the victim Shahbaz had a dispute with his stepbrothers Toqir, Zahir Abbas, and Asghar over a piece of land. Both the parties had quarreled several times in the past. On the day of incident, police said, Asghar and others appeared on a car, intercepted Shahbaz near Thokar and exchanged hot words over the same issue. Later the assailants opened fire on him and escape from the site. Shahbaz was immediately rushed to the Jinnah Hospital but died on the way.  Police sent the body to the city morgue for autopsy and registered a case against the killers on the complaint of deceased's mother Maqboolan Bibi with no arrest so far. An Intermediate student Faizan, 18, was shot dead at his doorstep by the two unknown motorcyclists under mysterious circumstances. Faizan was standing outside his Nadirabad house when two armed men appeared on a motorcycle, police said adding that the assailants opened fire on the youth without exchanging hot words with him which showed that they had a grudge against him over unknown reasons. The youth was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital with a bullet wound on his forehead where doctors pronounced him dead. Police claimed it a target killing by the armed men and denied the reports that the youth was killed on resistance by the robbers. Quoting the victim's father Nasir Ali police said the family has no enmity with anybody in the area. Police registered a case against the killers with no arrest so far. The body of the victim boy was shifted to the city morgue for autopsy.
