We need to put an end to US bases in the region, which are nothing but a source of trouble and mayhem. But such a move requires a fundamental change in our political setup, i. e removal of the present flawed system (which gives us flawed democracy and flawed dictatorship) and revival of the Caliphate, a system that emanates from the Islamic ideology. In these difficult times, we may well take a lesson from one of the great Islamic Generals, Khalid Bin Waleed who, in a letter to Persians in 633 CE said, Become Muslims and be saved.
