Islamabad - The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has completed the up-gradation and maintenance of 14 out of 38 filtration plants across the federal capital.

In accordance with the statement issued by CDA officials yesterday, the up-gradation and maintenance work on filtration plants in the federal capital was in progress of which 14 have been upgraded while work on the remaining filtration plants would be completed till next week. As per detail, Rs 16.67 million have been allocated for the project while survey for installing new filtration plants in the congested sectors of the city has also been completed so that maximum people would be able to drink clean and filtered water.

Meanwhile, the CDA administration has directed to complete the task as soon as possible.
