LAHORE - Lahore Electric Supply Company has made special arrangements to provide uninterrupted power supply to the residents of NA-122.

“Lesco will provide uninterrupted supply to voters and administration at polling stations,” said a company official.

Lesco normally conducts five to six hours loadshedding in the city.

Saad says PPP may favour PTI: In his third NA-122 election-related press conference at Lahore Press Club within a week, Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique Saturday reiterated Imran Khan is a liar, immoral person and people do not trust on his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.

The PML-N minister, along with Water and Power State Minister Abid Sher Ali and MNA from Jhang Waqas Sheikh, indirectly hinted the withdrawal of PPP’s candidate in favour of the PTI at last moment. He, however, added the party has not more than 1000 votes in the constituency.

“PML-N will win Lahore by-poll with clear majority. People can’t forget who attacked at national assembly and destabilizing Pakistan,” Saad said and held Imran Khan could not bring change in the country while living in house of 300 kanals. He declared only PML-N could make Pakistan strong and developed.

Saad Rafique said it was only Zulfikar Ali Bhutto who won the heart of Lahorites but “Imran Khan could never become Bhutto”. He alleged PTI was purchasing votes by distributing money, mobile phones and motorbikes in the constituency.
