LAHORE - The Pakistan Awami Tehreek spokesperson has said that his party has not rejected the invitation of PTI for participation in October 31 protest in Islamabad.

In a statement issued from PAT head office yesterday, the spokesperson Noorullah Siddiqui added that both the parties had so far not made any contact on Islamabad protest matter and that the news about emergences of differences between the two parties was mere a propaganda.

“The PAT backs the opposition demand on Panama Leak’s inquiry and the opposition parties are supporting our stand on Model Town incident,” he said.

Noorullah said PAT chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri was not aware of the visit of PTI’s leaders to London. He said Dr Qadri was in Canada on 10-day visit and would be back in London on October 21 where he stayed to take up the Model Town incident case at international level. He said PAT will soon decide about the next phase of “Qisas Movement.”
