RAWALPINDI - The provincial government has transferred Deputy Commissioner (DC) Rawalpindi Flt Lt (retd) Tahir Farooq, informed sources on Monday.
Abdul Rauf Mehar has replaced Tahir Farooq as new DC Rawalpindi, they said. A notification has also been issued in this regard.
The newly appointed DC Rawalpindi Abdul Rauf Mehar has assumed charge of his office, sources said.
