Our Staff Reporter MARDAN Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ameer Hadier Khan Hoti Saturday said that people should not think that Pakhtuns of Karachi were 'orphans adding that Pakhtun community and the Awami National Party (ANP) were their guardians. He said, instead of giving answers to the allegations of Zulfiqar Mira, the MQM Chief Altaf Hussan criticised other parties without any proof. He expressed these views while addressing a huge public meeting after laying down the foundation stone of Girls Degree College Hoti after the name of well-known Khudai Khdmatgar Baz Mir Baba (late). Member Provincial Assembly Haji Ahmed Khan Bahader, Commissioner Mardan Muhammad Adil Khan and other notables were also present on this occasion. ANP workers of different provincial constituencies of the district came to the public meeting in shape of processions. All the roads and the place of public gathering were well decorated with banners and signboards with slogans in favour of Chief Minister Ameer Haider Kahn Hoti, Abdul Ghaffar Khan, Wali Khan, Asfandyar Wali Khan and Azam Khan Hoti and their portraits were also printed on these signboards. Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister said after the press conference of Zulfiqar Mira cover was removed from many issues and many issues came to fore. He said Mira had levelled allegations against MQM and Altaf Hussain on the basis of proofs saying that he was the part of the conspiracy through which international powers wanted to divide Pakistan. He further said that during this period of giving statements against each other, ANP leaders very politely and in a civilised way told MQM to stop killing innocent Pakhtuns and talk in a polite manner but unfortunately on Friday MQM chief put allegations on ANP and its leaders that ANP was involved in May 12 incident, as America gave money to ANP leader Asfandyar Wali. He added that the MQM chief had no proof of these charges. He said that Altaf Hussan should prove that ANP leader received dollars from America. He said it is the proof of the fact that they were following the ideologies of Bacha Khan and Wali Khan that that they changed the name of province. I feel proud that I am the first CM of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he said adding that the other proof was that we also gained provincial autonomy through 18th Amendment.
