Health Minister Punjab Dr Yasmin Rashid has started a toll-free service in all hospitals of Punjab including Rawalpindi to register complaints of patients and their family members before officials without any delay.

According to media reports, under this free toll service, patients and their family members will be able to register their complaints before officials of hospital administration including delay in check-up, lack of medicines and beds, and non issuance of operation dates.

This Toll free service has been made with co-operation of emergency help line health department Punjab and Punjab information technology board.
