British Foreign Secretary, David Miliband telephoned Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Saturday and discussed matters relating to the Friends of Democratic Pakistan meeting which is going to be held in Tokyo on April 17. According to the details by foreign office, the two leaders also discussed EU-Pakistan summit and asked Pakistani government for support regarding arrest of ten alleged Pakistan nationals in Britain. However, they expressed satisfaction at the state of bilateral relations, reaffirming their mutual desire to continue working towards further strengthening Pak-UK ties.
