Porter sets example of honesty

Rawalpindi - While setting a shining example of honesty, a Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) staffer has returned a handbag to the passenger who left it in baggage trolley at Benazir Bhutto Islamabad International Airport (BBIIAP), informed CAA spokesman on Saturday. According to him, a passenger namely Muhammad Mahmood (passport number ND0159642), resident of Tehsil Gujar Khan, landed at the airport by Airblue flight number PA-211 from Dubai on Friday last. He added that while leaving airport he left his handbag in baggage trolley in car parking area.
During the duty of retrieval of baggage trolleys, Zahid Abbas (porter chest number 141 of CAA) found the bag and as per SOP brought it to the PPS office and inventory of the items were made in the presence of supervisor Mahtab Khan. The field supervisor found the telephone number of passenger from the bag and informed him accordingly. The handbag contained video camera, mobile phones and other valuables and documents.
 were handed over to him by Mubarik Shah, Senior Joint Director PFS. The passenger appreciated the exemplary honesty.
