British Director for Political Affairs Mark Lyall Grant called on Muslim League (N) leader Nawaz Sharif at his residence here on Wednesday. Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar, Chief Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and British High Commissioner in Pakistan were also present during the meeting. Visiting British official discussed the issue of internally displaced persons and other matters with the PML-N leader. Sharif urged for justice with Pakistani students arrested in Britain. He also urged the British government to use its influence for resumption of meaningful dialogue between Pakistan and India. Grant assured all possible British cooperation adding that the Britain wants a prosperous Pakistan.
