KARACHI - Pakistan national junior champion Asjad Iqbal made his exit from the World Junior Under 21 Snooker Championship when he was suffered five frame defeat against Amir Sarkosh of Iran in the quarter final of the competition on Tuesday, according to information available here. The frame score in favour of the Iranian was 57-65, 54-96, 61-60, 22-74, 66-32, 47-54, 77-21, 20-80. Earlier in the pre quarter final stage Asajd Iqbal had defeated Khalid Ali Kamali of UAE by five frames to two to enter the last sixteen stage. The Pakistani had won 70-64, 42-49, 79-32, 83-38,100-07, 22-67, 46-37. Pakistan's other entry in the competition Hamza Akber lost to Ali N.K.Al Obaidy of Qatar by three frames to five in pre quarter finals stage to exit from the competition. Amir Sarkosh of Iran defeated India's Vivek Chopra five frames to four in the pre quarter final stage to move into the quarter finals. However India's second entry in the contest Shahbaaz Adil Khan made it to the last fourteen blanking out Samer Kamal of Egypt five frames to nothing.
