At least eight people were injured when a PIA passenger plane made an emergency landing due to bad weather at the Rawalpindi airport Friday morning, reported a local TV channel. According to the local media, the plane which was on its way from Multan to Islamabad lost its balance due to bad weather 30 minutes after it took off. The PK 386 flight, which carried over 300 people on board, made an emergency landing at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport in Rawalpindi, a garrison city of Islamabad, at about 10:45 a.m. local time. No damage done to the plane has been reported.
