Gang of dacoits busted; 13 lawbreakers nabbed





ISLAMABAD – The police have arrested 17 outlaws including a gang of dacoits and recovered five 30 bore pistols, gun and narcotics from their possession, a police spokesman said.
Following the special directions of SP Industrial area Muhammad Ishaq Warraich, a special team was constituted including Sub-Inspectors Sher Muhammad , ASI Saif -ul- Islam to arrest the dacoits hitting in the area. This team succeeded to arrest four dacoits identified as Abdul Aziz s/o Abdul Majeed resident of Islamabad, Abdul baser s/o Abdul Kher resident of Bangish Colony, Ghulam Sadiq s/o Aain Khan, Umer Khayam s/o Umer Bahdar residents of slum area sector I-9/1. Police team also recovered three 30 bore pistols and ammunition from their possession.
Koral police arrested Abdul Aziz for having 30 bore pistol while Tarnol police arrested Mehrban for possessing 125 grams heroin. Kohsar police arrested a thief Shahid Shah while two one-wheelers Nauman and Abrar Ahmed were also arrested. Secretariat police arrested Sajid Anwaar and recovered 12 bore gun from him while Ehsan Ullah was arrested for having 120 grams hashish by Sub-Inspector Ameer Umar from Raman police.
Nilore police arrested an accused Aashiq for selling petroleum products illegally while Sub-Inspector Muhammad Hanif from Shehzad Town police arrested Asad Mehmud for having 75 gram heroin. Bani Gala police arrested Makhqoom Hussain for possessing 30 bore pistol.

 Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigations are underway.
