Blurred lines relax Robin

LONDON: Robin Thicke felt “frustrated” and “depressed” before the release of his hit single Blurred Lines. The singer - who has released five albums over 10 years - grew sick of struggling to make it big - and several of his recent songs didn’t even chart. “[I felt] frustrated and depressed,” Robin said. “I’d cost my label more than I’d made them up until now.” Blurred lines song features guest vocals from American rapper T.I. and American singer and producer Pharrell; all three share writing credits on the song. It was produced by Pharrell. The song was released as the lead single from Blurred Lines on March 26. –EP
