ISLAMABAD - President Ashraf Ghani of Afghanistan on Thursday called Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and conveyed his condolences on the loss of innocent lives in the Quetta tragedy.

During the telephonic conversation with the prime minister, the Afghan president condemned “this act of terror in the strongest terms and said that terrorism was a common threat for both nations and we will eliminate it with joint efforts,” a statement issued from the PM’s Office here said.
